Hatha Yoga for Mind-Body Harmony

Slowly and gently build yoga postures that will increase strength and get your blood flowing. Find whole being harmony as you tap into your mind-body connection and develop self-awareness. Perfect for beginners and those looking to start a mind-body-breath practice. Please wear comfortable clothing you can move in and bring a yoga mat. Optional (but highly recommended!): small towel to cover your eyes and a blanket.

Amanda Keck


Amanda is a lifelong yogi and certified yoga instructor (RYT-200). She strives to create a welcoming and positive atmosphere in her classroom while encouraging her students to listen to their bodies and tap into their own innate wisdom. In her free time you’ll find her attempting to keep her plants alive, obsessing over animals, drinking too much coffee, and exploring the natural world.
