Instant Pot Basics #2 Cooking from Frozen

Courses - Adult Enrichment / Culinary Arts -
Adult Enrichment 2020-2021

Forgot to thaw the package of meat and it’s dinnertime already? No worries—the electric pressure cooker can help. In this class we’ll learn the effects of pressure cooking on frozen meats while making—and eating—Creamy Chicken & Wild Rice Soup. Discover how to adapt recipes to the pressure cooker while reviewing cookbooks. Handout includes additional recipes and tips for how to prepare larger cuts so that they are ready to go direct from freezer to Instant Pot. A supply fee of $5 is payable to the instructor at class.
