Adult Enrichment 2020-2021
This Norwegian delicacy is made for all sorts of special occasions. Learn the fine points in making the dough, baking, storing and of course how to serve lefse. We will begin with real potatoes using a number of authentic recipe and a modern version using instant potatoes. Plan to sample your fresh, warm creations with traditional fillings, plus take home finished lefse dough to bake and share with your loved ones. A supply fee of $9 is payable to the instructor at class.
Laurel Severson is a home economist with over 17 years of experience in commercial food service, recipe testing and editing. She lived in England for several years, is an avid cookbook collector and teaches community education classes for a variety of metro school districts.
