Balance & Brains Class Offered Online for September/October 2020! 

Due to COVID-19, this in-person fitness class has been temporarily suspended at Thompson Park, but we are pleased to announce that we are offering it LIVE online! It's easy - you'll just need a computer and a few supplies! 

After registering, you will receive an email with a link. Click on the link a few minutes before class time and you are ready to go!

Maintaining your strength, balance and health are important now, more than ever. While it can take months to make gains in these areas, it only takes a couple of weeks to lose them. To keep our bodies able and depression at bay, continuing quality fitness is imperative during self-isolation!

This class will continue to be taught by our veteran instructor, Angie Croisant, who has years of experience and is passionate about older adult fitness and well-being.

Suggested equipment is easily found at home:

a sturdy chair, gliders (paper plates for carpet or socks for wood floor), weights (soup cans), a necktie or scarf, tennis ball.
