Are you waking up feeling more beast instead of a beauty? Insomnia, middle of the night awakening, and poor sleep quality affect everyone. In this course, you will learn about sleep hygiene and steps to a natural, restful sleep. Course uses lecture and hands on practice of using holistic mind and body techniques. You will learn common challenges to sleep, analyze factors in your life that are impacting your own sleep, design a plan for better sleep and identify which holistic techniques you can use to get your beauty rest. A supply fee of $2 is due to the instructor in class.
