This fitness class is like no other. Join this class to exercise AND take home a 30 minute fitness program that you will be accountable to practice for an entire week. Meet 1 hour, weekly for a demonstration, Q&A, and to practice the program. Exercises will include cardiovascular activity, strength training and stretches. Your fitness programs will utilize fitness equipment and/or items that you probably already have in your home! Your weekly 30 minute program will be delivered after class via email in video format.Weather Permitting, class can be held outdoors upon request.
