Summer Swim Lessons open for registration Friday April 12th at 8am. 

**Please add your student to the waitlist if classes are full. We will use the waitlist to assess adding additional lessons next week. You will be contacted if you are added to a class. You will not be charged until you are added to a lesson.

Group Swim Lessons Infant-Preschool (Ages 6 months-5 years)

**In observance of Juneteenth, there are no classes on Wednesday, June 19th. Lessons the week of June 17 will run M/T/TH/Fri. Parent Tot (6 months - 36 months) If the class you are registering for is full, please register for the waitlist. The waitlist allows us to better serve you. You will be notified if you are moved into a class and your credit card charged. Learn to enjoy the water safely with your child. For ages 6 to 36 months accompanied by a parent or guardian in the water. Parents and children learn together with fun activities to increase a child's comfort level in the water and build a foundation of basic skills, such as arm and leg movements, breath control as well as water safety. Water diapers are required for infants and toddlers who aren't trained. Course format: Classes run 30 minutes with 6 parent/child pairs per instructor.

Level 3: Stroke Development (June 10-June 21) (Ages: 5+)
Youth Group Swim Lessons (Ages: 5+)

Level 3: Stroke Development (Ages: 5+) If the class you are registering for is full, please register for the waitlist. The waitlist allows us to better serve you if openings come up. You will be notified if you are moved into a class. Objective: To build on skills in Level 2 through additional guided practice Requirements: Students entering this level must possess a Level 2 certificate or demonstrate all the Level 2 skills on day one of class. Skills Taught: Jump into deep water, kneeling dive, survival float, submerging and retrieving an object, back float and tread water, breaststroke kick, dolphin kick, scissors kick- 25 yd. each, front crawl and elementary backstroke-15 yd. each Course format: Classes run 30 minutes with 6 students per instructor

Level 1 - Introduction to Water Skills (Ages: 5+) If the class you are registering for is full, please register for the waitlist. The waitlist allows us to better serve you if openings come up. Objective: To help students feel comfortable in the water and to enjoy the water safely Requirements: None Skills Taught: Entering and exiting the water safely, learning to submerge mouth, nose and eyes and breath control, front and back float and recovering to a stand, changing direction in the water, and swimming 5 feet on front and back. Course format: Classes run 30 minutes with 5 students per instructor

Level 2- Fundamental Aquatic Skills (Ages: 5+) If the class you are registering for is full, please register for the waitlist. The waitlist allows us to better serve you if openings come up. Objective: To give students success with fundamental skills Requirements: Students entering this level must possess a Level 1 certificate or demonstrate all the Level 1 skills on day one of class. Skills Taught: Entering water by stepping or jumping in from the side, rotary breathing, submerging entire head, blowing bubbles, open eyes underwater, front and back glide, treading water, swim 15 feet on front and back, swimming on side, use of a life jacket. Course format: Classes run 30 minutes with 6 students per instructor
