This 4-day camp is offered to 6th-9th graders regardless of sport and skill level. SAQ (Speed, Agility, and Quickness) is a system of training aimed at the development of motor abilities and the control of body movement through the development of the neuromuscular system. It aims to improve the athlete's ability to perform many multi-directional movements by progressively breaking down the key movements around the most efficient way to gain speed & change direction/quickness.
Camp Director, Tyrell Martin, is a Two Rivers Alum, and past Varsity Football & Wrestling coach at Two Rivers HS. He also is the business owner of an athletic development company.
