Welcome to TriDistrict Community Education
TriDistrict Community Ed is a partnership between the school districts of South St. Paul, Inver Grove Heights, and West St. Paul-Mendota Heights-Eagan.
We believe in life long learning and offer learning opportunities for families and individuals of all ages!
Governor Walz issued Executive Order 20-56 related to Safely Opening Minnesota's Economy and Ensuring Safe Non-Work Activities during the COVID-19 Peacetime Emergency. We have implemented modifications to our community education programs accordingly and continue to plan for future programming based on state health guidelines and direction from The Minnesota Department of Health (MDH), Minnesota Department of Education (MDE), Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC), and the Office of Governor Walz as outlined on the Stay Safe MN website.
We continue to provide high quality enriching programs, and although we know that the modifications being made to some programs do/will not meet the needs of all families, we are focused on providing the best services possible to our community that meet the state guidelines. Our focus is on creating safe and healthy environments for all participants. We will continue to be adaptive and responsive to the guidelines in an effort to provide quality services that are safe and fun for all involved.

Community Education is an educational philosophy that stresses citizen involvement in the identification of community needs and interests.
It exists in all Minnesota school districts and has three goals:
1. To provide lifelong learning opportunities for learners of all ages, backgrounds & needs
2. To promote and develop community support for K-12 education
3. To build strong communities that allow citizens to achieve their greatest potential
