In The Anxious Generation, social psychologist Jonathan Haidt explores the rise of youth mental health challenges and how the shift to a phone-based childhood has played a role. In this guided book study, we’ll explore key insights from the book and discuss practical, compassionate ways families can respond.

This book study will include:

  • Weekly discussions on topics like screen time, social media, sleep, independence, and resilience
  • A supportive space to reflect, share, and learn with other parents
  • Evidence-based strategies for helping children thrive in a digital world

Whether you’ve read the book cover to cover or are just curious about the conversation, this study invites all parents and caregivers to explore how we can support a healthier, more connected generation.
