A playful yet disciplined practice of asana, pranayama, and relaxation, intended to help reduce stress and promote strength, self-esteem, focus, balance, and positive body images. Yoga class will give your tween the chance to move, laugh, and discover how they can feel good just by moving a little bit each day. The best part of this class is learning how to chill out and relax— the key to eternal bliss! (Ok, so maybe not ETERNAL BLISS … but you’ll learn how to manage stress a little better!)No prior yoga experience is required. Yoga mats are provided but feel free to bring your own.
