Advance Cake Decorating
Get more skills in cake decorating in this class. We will learn how to make buttercream roses, leaves, borders and writing to decorate an 8" cake to take home. Students should have either taken Basic Cake Decorating or have some experience in cake decorating.
There is a supply fee of $12.00 per student in this class.
Instructor: Diana Hirte
Diana is a professional cake decorator and has been decorating cakes for over 35 years and is a Certified Wilton Instructor. She has been teaching for over 16 years at many different venues teaching thousands of students the art of cake, cupcake and cookie decorating. With her continued training she has all the latest decorating skills including, fondant cakes and gum paste flowers.
