Pilates (pil-ah-teez) is a mind and body exercise designed to lengthen and strengthen muscles, increase flexibility and balance while focusing on a strong core. Our classes will include light cardio, resistance training and mat exercise - emphasizing proper form and breathing while executing the movements. Bring your own mat.
