Coed Ultimate Frisbee
**This class is open to Friendly Hills and Heritage Students--FHMS students can take the activity bus over to Heritage after-school to participate.
DASH Sports Ultimate Frisbee camps provide participants with a well rounded experience in a fun environment. Ultimate frisbee a fun, athletically challenging team sport played with a thrown frisbee. Participants will practice throwing, catching, and general strategy and team-play. This is a fun camp that encourages teamwork. Camp ends with a scrimmage/game on the final day. Please bring water and wear athletic clothing.
