  • Big Rivers Trailhead in Mendota Heights (off of Mendota Road) *Transportation not provided, you will need to drop off and pick up your student: https://share.google/LLEzp47BMnqlVVyK8
  • Please register by June 14th to receive a t-shirt. 

Daily Agenda M-F

  • 9:00-9:30: stretch, mobility warm-ups, gear check
  • 9:30-11am: rollerski
  • 11-11:30am: core strength and plyos

Gear Needed

  • Helmet
  • Drink belt with pouch (example)
  • Rollerskis (available for rental)
  • Rollerski poles (available for rental)
  • Boots (available for rental)
  • Knee/elbow pads recommended
  • Sunglasses/sunscreen recommended
  • Snacks recommended
