Early Warning Signs is a workshop to help parents, guardians and foster parents learn early warning signs of mental illness and trauma, gain an understanding of the impact of mental illness and trauma on children and youth, and learn strategies to support children who live with an illness. Suicide warning signs and resources are also covered.

Beth is a Family Peer Education Coordinator who supports parents and teens navigating mental health systems, sharing her lived experience to empower others. She holds certifications as a Family Peer Specialist and Peer Specialist in Minnesota, and a Bachelor of Science in Paralegal Studies with an emphasis in Public Interest from Minnesota State University of Moorhead.
