SSP Swim Club at Central Square (Ages 8-15)

Swim Club at Central Square is just the place to build your swimming muscles, refine your stroke and enjoy the water. Workouts will include water safety skills, building fitness as a swimmer and fundamentals of diving. 

Skill requirement: Must be able to swim 25 yards front crawl and 25 yards backstroke independently with rudimentary stroke.

Come prepared with a one-piece swimsuit, goggles, water bottle, and towel.
