    DASH Sports basketball camps provide players a well-rounded basketball experience covering a broad range of skills training and skill-based games.     Ms. Bannie is offering an after-school Rubik’s Cube class for students who are already familiar with the cube and are eager to improve their speed and skills. The class will meet weekly to prepare for a competition on December 27th or January 31st, with a goal of solving the cube in under 10 minutes. All grade levels are welcome—this is a great opportunity for motivated cubers ready to take the next step! Just bring yourself and an after-school snack - the cubes will be provided!     Calling all future engineers! It’s time to develop your critical thinking, problem solving and collaboration skills through engineering disciplines. Whether you're a new or returning student, the Engineering For Kids Jr. Engineering/STEM Club offers hands-on, engaging activities each week to spark curiosity and creativity. Students will explore engineering concepts while developing essential 21st-century skills like problem-solving, critical thinking, and teamwork—building confidence to tackle challenges in and out of the classroom. Fall Session 1 Lessons: Order may vary: Jr Environmental Engineering Fall Homes Students will learn about some different ways animals prepare for winter and will use the Engineering Design Process to design a den that keeps an animal safe in the winter. Jr Construction Engineering Corn Maze Students will use the Engineering Design Process to design and build a corn maze with a start, a finish, and a path that connects them Jr Acoustic Engineering Kazoo Students will experiment with sound and make their own kazoo Jr Structural Engineering Fall Harvest Students will learn how scarecrows are used to protect food that is growing and will use the Engineering Design Process to design a scarecrow that can stand up to fall weather Jr Mechanical Engineering Treat Dispenser Students will learn about simple machines and design a simple treat dispenser Jr Civil Engineering Fall Fort Students will learn about the importance of a strong base to support a building and will use the Engineering Design Process to design and construct a fort.

We partner with local schools in our communities to provide a convenient, onsite and long-term language program at an affordable price. Who instructs the Futura classes? Our teachers come from a wide range of backgrounds from former Spanish teachers with Masters Degrees in Education who are now stay at home moms, to native speakers who want to share their language and culture with us, to juniors and seniors majoring in Education or Spanish in college. All of our teachers have fluency or near fluency in the Spanish language and experience working with children. Additionally, most Futura instructors have lived or studied in Spanish speaking countries.

Players will be challenged and grouped at an appropriate level while receiving instruction in a fun, positive environment while learning values of ‘Respect, Hustle, and Pride’. Camp ends with a scrimmage on the final day. Athletes should bring a water bottle (spikes and shin guards are optional). Balls are provided.

    DASH Sports flag football camps provide players with a well-rounded football experience in a little to no contact safe environment. Key elements of passing, catching, rushing, and defense will be taught and practiced, and players will be grouped and challenged at an appropriate level in a fun, positive environment while learning values of ‘Respect, Hustle, and Pride’. Camp ends with a scrimmage the final day. Athletes should bring a water bottle (cleats and mouthguards are optional). Footballs and flag belts are provided. Taught by DASH Sports Instructors
