  • ACT Prep Online Self-Paced course

    This course is perfect for any student unable to attend in-school classes or a student preferring to prepare for the ACT exam on their own and at their desired pace. Online students prep for the ACT at their own pace and around their busy schedules. Instruction is pre-recorded and provided online via videos and slides. Students may access this course at any time and as often as needed. Please note that links to the online course are sent out once per week. Please allow one week to receive the information. Simley will offer the ACT test open to 11th graders in Spring of 2025, this class will help you prepare for it.

We will be working with a variety of different art supplies including clay, paint and other luminescent materials to create masterpieces your child will be ready to show off in the dark!
  • ISD 199 Driver's Education

    Our certified instructors guide students through a comprehensive Drivers Education course approved by the State of Minnesota. This program meets all requirements for drivers under the age of 18 and includes 30 hours of classroom instruction and 6 hours of behind-the-wheel training. The course features lectures, class discussions, guest speakers, videos, written work from textbooks, and written tests. Behind-the-wheel instruction provides students with hands-on experience driving on public streets and highways. **Please note: the in-person class at Simley starting Sept 9 has been cancelled due to low enrollment.   • ISD 199 Driver's Education - Online

    Our Drivers Education program is taught by certified instructors. This course will be conducted entirely online. For the virtual classroom series, you must attend by logging in to the live broadcast at class time each day on a device that has the ability to be seen as well as heard for the entire class time. Please provide participant's email address during the registration process to send the meeting invite. This email needs to be accessible from the device being used. The course is approved by the State of Minnesota and meets all requirements for training anyone under the age of 18. The course includes 30 hours of classroom instruction and six hours of behind the wheel instruction. The course features lecture, class discussion, guest speakers, video, written work from textbooks and written tests. Behind the wheel training allows a student to practice driving on public streets and highways.
  • Open Gym (Before Summer Academy HT)

    Join us for Open Gym starting at 6:30 a.m. until the beginning of Summer Academy! Open Gym will operate Monday through Thursday from June 23rd to July 17th, 2025. Please note that we will be CLOSED on July 3rd, and July 4th, 2025. Your one-time fee provides you access to gym time every morning that Summer Academy is in session. Students can enjoy engaging in gym games or doing some art on the side! We will be in the gym, so please dress accordingly.!

    TGA (Teach. Grow. Achieve.) is excited to introduce youth pickleball classes! This fast-paced, ultra-fun sport—similar to tennis but even more accessible—is perfect for all ages. With an 8:1 student-to-coach ratio, our experienced instructors provide individualized attention, ensuring each child progresses at their own pace in a supportive environment. Using real pickleball equipment (all provided, so no extra gear is needed), students will develop fundamental skills through engaging drills, interactive games, and real match play. Beyond the game, they’ll also explore academic concepts and practice essential life skills like sportsmanship, integrity, and perseverance. TGA makes learning pickleball easy, fun, and rewarding!

    Red Cross Pediatric CPR and First Aid for Babysitters

    Be the Best Babysitter! Learn to recognize and care for breathing and cardiac emergencies involving children and infants. Skills include recognizing and emergency, rescue breathing, CPR, bleeding control and more. Upon successful completion of this course you will receive a certificate for Pediatric CPR/AED valid for two years.
