Level 5 - Stroke Refinement (Ages: 5+)
If the class you are registering for is full, please register for the waitlist. The waitlist allows us to better serve you if openings come up. You will be notified if you are moved into a class.
Objective: Improve swimming skills, learn to swim with refined strokes and increased endurance.
Requirements: Students entering this level must possess a Level 4 certificate or demonstrate all the Level 4 skills on day one of class.
Skills Taught: Shallow dive, Head-first surface dive, Tread water-5 mins, using legs only-2 min, Front crawl and elementary backstroke, 50 yd. each, Back crawl, breaststroke, butterfly and sidestroke, 25 yd. each
Course format: Classes run 30 minutes with 6 students per instructor
