Mindfulness and Meditation for Better HealthFitnessJoin Tara Burns as she introduces you to the benefits of mindful and meditation practices to help with stress, depression, anxiety, pain, boosting emotional well-being, and finding peace in everyday life. The class will practice using mindfulness and meditation techniques to help focus the mind on a particular thought, object, activity, or the breath. Don't worry about sitting cross-legged; our practice will be utilizing a chair or walking. On nice days, the class may also take place outside. This is a beginner's class, but all levels are welcome.
