Outdoor Dutch Oven & Cast Iron CookingCulinary ArtsDutch oven cooking is becoming a lost art. Turn up your camp cooking skills with this introductory class, learning to bake and cook in an outdoor dutch oven. Class will include care of cast iron. Because we will be working around coals, all attendees must wear closed toe shoes, fitted clothes (no skirts), and have long hair tied back.
